Shitty Hawkins presents: Hair Ball! Wear your best, wildest, artistic expression atop your head, and dance the night away for a great cause! HB will be Nashville’s first installment of a long-running nonprofit initiative by Fruits Hair Lab.

$20 tickets will be on sale December 8th @ 10am via The Basement East. Available at door day-of for $25. The donation recipients chosen this round are Inclusion TN + Nashville Launch Pad: 100% of ticket + door sales will go directly to these organizations.

Hair Ball has tons of fun in store for y'all: The night will kick off with a 90's/Y2K DJ set by Boy Howdy, followed by local icons DJ Manrelic, Vidalia Anne Gentry, and Cya Inhale!

The culmination is a dance-off, which is THE tradition of Shitty Hawkins! We're doubling the prize packages this round, including a Door Prize, Best Hair Award, and 2 Dance-Off winners! There will even be party favors while supplies last. We hope to see you there!

Show out for your LGBTQ friends for this special "Pride Doesn't End in June" themed Makers' Market held on September 30th in 12th South. Event will be held from noon-3pm and feature local products sold by our LGBTQ community members.

Our young adults have to find their way through a maze of resources in their search for safe sleep. It is important that we as staff and volunteers know about the systems they are navigating so that we can better support them. Join us for a presentation that will touch on resources availble for housing assistance in the Nashville area, struggles our young people consistantly encounter, and how we try to support them through it. Music will be brought to you by The Queer Agenda and the one and only DJ Jane Dupree. There will also be a Drag Show, vendors, a food truck on-site, and of course a pool!

Tickets are only $20 and available at the door, so don't miss out on this spectacular night of celebration and support! This event is a fundraiser for Nashville Launch Pad, so $10 of each ticket sale will go to support our work!

Join us on July 15th at Waymore’s for the Be Good Market Beyonce and Friends Drag Brunch. Brunch will be from 12:30-2:30pm and the DJ will take over from 1-5pm. Featuring performances from Justine Van De Blair, Vidalia Anne Gentry, Cya Inhale & music from DJ Manrelic.

This event is in support of local business owners, entertainers, makers, and creatives and will benefit Nashville Launchpad.

An important part of serving our LGBTQ+ young adults is educating ourselves about their identities and expereinces. This presentation will focus on trans identities as well as how to show support to the community. From terminology to statistics to action steps, we hope you leave more prepared to advocate while volunteering with Launch Pad or in your daily life. . On the second Sunday of the month, The Bookshop highlights an organization doing good in our community and donates 10% of their sales from the day to that community partner. Launch Pad is honored to have been chosen as this month’s fundraiser recipient!

Pride615 is a free Pride event brought to you by Proud To Be In Baseball. Their mission is to empower and advocate for the next generation of LGBTQ people in baseball. Created by openly gay professional baseball player (and country music artist) Bryan Ruby, Proud To Be In Baseball is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Nashville/Madison, Tennessee. Launch Pad is excited to be invited to table at this event!

Launch Pad was selected as the Featured Community Partner for Musician’s Corner on June 2nd. This annual, free outdoor concert series in Centennial Park touts Nashville’s diverse musical landscape and attracts over 75,000 fans each year! Featured musicians will include Tré Burt, Caroline Spence, Maya de Vitry, Karina Daza, and Hayes Peebles.

To celebrate the official release of his debut single “Oh My God,” Ryan Allen Gray will be performing featuring a live Gospel Choir and full band at the Electric Jane in Nashville, TN on June 1st at 6:30 pm.
