As one of Middle Tennessee's leaders in serving young adults experiencing homelessness, we provide low-barrier emergency shelter, transitional housing, and comprehensive supportive services that empower youth ages 18–26 to achieve housing stability and long-term success.

Transitional Living Center Manager

Programs Department - Nashville, TN

The Transitional Living Center Manager provides leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Transitional Living Center (TLC), ensuring a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment for young adults experiencing homelessness. This position supervises TLC staff, oversees program operations and facility management, provides direct case management to residents, and is accountable for program outcomes. The Manager builds strong relationships with community partners to connect residents with housing, healthcare, employment, education, and other supportive services while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and empowerment.

Emergency Shelter Evening Supervisor

Programs Department - Nashville, TN

The Emergency Shelter Evening Supervisor provides a welcoming, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming environment for young adults experiencing homelessness. Working alongside the Overnight Supervisor and Director of Programs, they help lead Nashville Launch Pad's Emergency Shelter program by supervising staff, overseeing shelter operations, supporting volunteers, and ensuring high-quality services for guests during the seasonal shelter (October–April).

The Marketing and Communications Intern assists in communicating Launch Pad’s mission and programming to the community through virtual and print media as well as in-person engagement. Flexible schedule to be determined based on intern availability. Occasional evening and weekend hours expected.
